My Approach

Every initiative starts with the same questions: what impact are we trying to achieve, through what outcomes, and does it align with our strategy? Then, what do people need to know, believe or do? What's in the way? Five beliefs shape how I work.

  1. 01

    Create clarity

    Narratives that drive change

I start with the business priority and the employee need, then build a narrative that connects the two. Change enablement is designed into the communications from the start, not added after the fact, so the message cuts through noise, adoption accelerates and people can see how their work matters.

  2. 02

    Build alignment

    Leaders who connect

Messages land when leaders can carry them. I work with senior leaders to shape executive messaging, give them the context and tools to use it well, and steer enterprise-level programs so the story stays consistent across teams, regions and languages.

  3. 03

    Connect people to purpose

    Employee experience at the center

People move with work they understand and feel part of. I design communications so employees can trace the line between what the business is doing and what it means for them and their team: where they fit, what is being asked of them and why it matters. When people feel valued and connected to a shared purpose, engagement and adoption follow.

  4. 04

    Enable transformation

    Organizational transformation, designed in

Transformation succeeds or fails on whether people understand and accept it. I integrate communications and change management into the program itself: stakeholder insights shape the plan, risks and readiness are named early, and employees can see where they fit in the change. That is how clarity becomes adoption, and adoption becomes outcomes.

  5. 05

    Transform how teams work

    AI-enabled communications, with human judgment

I modernize how teams work by integrating practical AI into communication planning, content development and research. The tools remove friction, create capacity and speed execution, while people provide the judgment and strategic direction. Teams move faster without sacrificing trust, quality or connection.
